I want to express that I have been heard and helped all the way. I have had a constructive exchange with the customer team in which they heard my problem replied how to avoid it in the future but still understood I wasn't responsible for the accident. I think we found a solution who is good for both of us and I hope I could be helpful to avoid this kind of problem for future customers.

Replacement socks leaked after testing as instructed by the company after the 1st pair failed on their first ride,
I have not even wore the Replacement pair and the same problem, used the old style type and never had a problem.
Won't be buying any more

The customer service is outstanding. Shout out for Sophie, Louise and Krystal, all an absolute credit to the company. Great products and great customer service to match. A warranty issue was dealt with with care. With Sealskinz a lifetime Waterproof Guarantee does mean exactly that. I thoroughly endorse Sealskinz, I've a number of their products, and they do exactly what they say they should do.

Ordered a pair of solo merino liner gloves one size fits all for cycling via eBay, they came with a hole in one and were so small I thought they would just about fit my wife, total rubbish not what I expected of this company . Sent them straight back and hopefully awaiting a refund. Very disappointing.

Bought waterproof gloves for £50 and 12 months later , after very light use, the velcro has come unstitched meaning you cannot secure one glove properly. Contacted Company over a week ago but no response. These gloves have been worn maybe 10 times and for the price I would expect better.

I have bought two pairs of gloves and they are really excellent. Warm and waterproof. Just what I needed.

Ruined Christmas
Received gloves covered in grease or something , wrapped in a thin joke of a bag that were a present
The company want to analyse the substance but in the meantime don’t give a damn they are ruing Christmas and a present
Now I have to send this rubbish back during all the strikes etc and await, just AVOID this company

Their reply is astonishing, they refused to accept the collection address - how is that not cooperating - laughable. Honestly wish I’d never bothered, plus the gloves were made in china. They don’t tell you that though. Perhaps they need to look at their score on here and do some serous reconsideration of their customer service

Having dealt with Louise I would like to at the Customer Service has been brilliant in finding a solution which is always a sign of a company values its customers.


Bought 2 pairs of merino gloves one size. They are badly stitched where the fingers meet the base of the glove so are very uncomfortable. Also arrived with loose threads.

Purchased a pair of sealskinz waterproof socks after my beating boots started to leak at first I thought it was great but after a couple of days out I found my legs badly cut at the top of the socks very painful

This year I have bought a pair of sealskinz waterproof socks, a pair of gloves, a waterproof wool hat and a waterproof baseball cap. The socks, gloves and woolly hat are NOT waterproof. How do they get to market this rubbish as waterproof when it’s not? This weekend I was in the Scottish highlands and it wasn’t heavy rain; it was more like moisture from fog and my head, feet and hands were soaking and freezing cold. Not impressed at all.
